Katya Naydenko

Katya Naydenko grew up in Granite Bay; her knowledge of and experience in the area including schools and local attractions make her a local area expert. Coming from a family of real estate developers allowed Katya to become familiar with the market from an early age. Katya has a  passion for helping people, growing from her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from UC Davis.

Her professional experience in real estate development, construction management and marketing allow her access to a vast network of contractors in all trades to evaluate, remodel or advertise properties with a focus on building value and cost savings through partnering with trusted professionals and implementing efficient systems.   

In working with buyers, an extensive knowledge of the construction industry allows Katya to analyze value and potential in properties not only specific to the location but additionally, how to take advantage of unique aspects of a property to maximize its value. 

In working with sellers, experience with innovative marketing techniques, understanding negotiation strategies and a keen eye for detail allow Katya to market properties to their fullest potential. Katya works hard to achieve the best possible result for her clients. 

Katya Naydenko is a member of the Placer County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Katya speaks English and Russian fluently and has a working proficiency in Ukrainian.
