Claudia Tringale
Claudia M. Tringale is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of
experience as a REALTOR® and former Mortgage Broker, serving both the San Francisco Bay
Area/Peninsula and the Greater Sacramento Valley and El Dorado County regions since 2004.
A first-generation American, Claudia was born and raised in San Francisco in a quad-lingual
household, speaking Croatian, Spanish, Italian, and English. She earned her B.S. in Business
Administration from San Francisco State University where she co-founded a scholarship fund for Women in Business as President of Business Women’s Leadership Association (BWLA), a student and alumni association.
Claudia built an extensive corporate career spanning 20 years in Silicon Valley, with experience
in finance, high-technology, and philanthropy. She is a successful entrepreneur who has
founded and co-owned several businesses, most notably operating within the luxury limousine
transportation industry for over 18 years in San Francisco. In that role, she catered to Fortune
500 companies, celebrities, and high-level government officials, managing complex logistics with discretion, precision, and white-glove service.
Moreover, Claudia is also a restauranteur and co-founder of the award-winning Italian eatery,
Pacific Coast Pasta Company in El Dorado Hills, where hospitality, service excellence, and
community connection are paramount — principles she carries into every real estate
transaction.
