Prior to entering the real estate profession Terry owned and
operated a Golf retail store in Southern California where he
developed his strong customer service skills. Providing a
superior customer service experience allowed him to build a
successful business that thrived in a very competitive market.
His already expert negotiation skills were only reinforced as he
dealt with the many manufacturer sales representatives to get the
best possible prices and terms for his merchandise. These skills
have been a large part of Terry’s success in real estate.
Terry puts his client’s needs first and is a skilled and aggressive
negotiator. His attention to detail is evident from the market
analysis reports he generates and the skill he shows while
preparing a purchase contract. His honest , straightforward ,
logical approach provides the steadiness that is necessary in a
sometimes very emotional experience, and he is particularly
adept at handling trust and probate sales where emotions run
Terry is an active member at Del Paso Country Club and enjoys
spending time with his family, golfing, fly fishing and hiking.
