McCall Koelpin
My name is McCall Koelpin, and I’ve lived in Folsom for about seven years after moving here from Colorado. I didn’t grow up in a real estate family, but I did grow up with a real passion for homes. From a young age, I was drawn to beautiful properties, design, and the stories behind each home, usually while watching HGTV. That early interest turned into a clear goal: to build a career in real estate doing something I genuinely love.
When it came time to choose my path, I had a decision to make: move out of state for school or stay in California and attend Folsom Lake College while focusing on my real estate career. I chose to stay, which allowed me to start gaining real-world experience early and stay focused on my long-term goals. It’s rewarding to already be in the profession I want to be in at such a young age, with the time and opportunity to keep learning, growing, and improving.
I started my career as an assistant to Lisa Paragary, and that experience taught me so much about the business, from how to keep transactions running smoothly to the importance of communication, professionalism, and taking care of clients the right way. That foundation shaped how I approach my work today.
I bring energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every client and every deal. I see my age as an advantage. It gives me the time and drive to keep building experience, growing in this industry, and helping clients feel confident and supported through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
