Greg owes his expertise to a diverse background with over 30 years of business experience in hi-tech corporate sales management and business development and real estate. He has developed land, custom homes, and program managed home remodeling and renovations for his clients.
In his 18-year career as an affiliated Sales Associate, Greg received the top producing agent award in a 100-agent office, ranked in the top 100 agents in the Silicon Valley. He is an affiliated member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Throughout his career he has developed subdivisions and built several large country properties on acreage involving wells and septic systems. He also understands the permitting process whether it is a remodel, raw land, or new construction. With his skill set, education, and experience, he can provide exceptional one-on-one personal service for all of his clients’ real estate needs and promises “no surprises” throughout the buying or selling process.
