I choose to represent a balance of buyers, sellers and investors; it’s one way that I keep a well-rounded perspective of the market, pricing, and negotiations. Buyers and sellers look at the same numbers differently. By representing a mix of both, I understand each mindset and give my clients an edge during negotiations.
In addition to traditional real estate sales and expertise in the Luxury market, the newest division of the Gail DeMarco Real Estate team specializes in property management, rentals, flips, and home remodels. Many people are newer to the investment side, so we take the time to educate them on how to identify good investments. We have contractors on staff for timely repairs to the properties we manage and our service puts the property owner first.
